I called this company & asked one simple question. Which was what is the maximum loan amount your company gives? His answer was very rude and arrogant. “I can do whatever amount I like! I own the company!” Heads up, this company’s owner is disrespectful and doesn’t value his customer base! Save yourself the trouble. Go where you’re appreciated...EDIT: So today I get home and I’m checking my messages & Jeffrey has sent me a text message. We utilized skip trace and the number is for Jeffrey Stephens. Be mindful of who you do business with folks. FYI Jeff, your company is going on a blog that we own that black lists company’s that are not customer service oriented. We never needed a loan. We are just doing our due diligence as journalist to get the truth and you gave us just that! Thanks!

I don’t approve of this location for professional business for our people that’s right black people!!! Because one the price was discussed and giving over the phone and in person by seeing me as a young black man with the career as a somebody the price drop tremendously for me and I feel the professionalism is not there nor is it fair and also due to the fact of the owner contacting me to floss his money stating I need him for a loan Approve my car but not approve me because I’m behind Will this is Pharaoh of Atlanta and I do not approve anyone to do business with these races intellectuals!!!Races races races unbelievable

I have had a total of 4 title loans with these folks. Jeff has worked with me time and time again. i had two title loans for almost two years and he worked with my company to pay them off. These are good people honest and hard working. i would recommend them to anyone

Never Go over-there. They are an organized Gang that keep stolen people money, they are so rude. go to title max even if you have big truck. If you are late for you payment they are going to charge 1 month interest instead of late fee. the interest is more than 40%. my husband and I went to reimburse the capital and interest, the owner said no we late we have to pay one month interest more we don't charge for late fee and they did not even tell us that in the beginning. and he said im gonna put a warrant for you.... They are Devil. If you want to see racist cruel devil people. go and good luck
