I got Global 1 Wholesale Merchant Services flyers in the mail, I'm in San Diego. I saw that the company was based in Las Vegas, I looked the company on Google & Social Media before calling them. I'm glad I did, Kenny the Owner direct me to a local girl name Nikki here in San Diego who helped me saved $400.00 a month! It's been over 2 years now. I have not had any problems with the service or rates. I get a statement every month in the mail, and online. I called the office a few times about Charge-backs, the girls at the office Nani & Jacki have always been very helpful sort everything out for me within minutes. Thank you.

I have been using Global 1 Wholesale Merchant Services for nearly the past Decade. They provide the credit card processing for all of my business locations and have recently set me up with a mobile terminal for my mobile business as well. I have always received great service from Ken and his staff. The pricing is very competitive. I do check them from time to time with companies that guarantee better rates and never have I been inclined to make a switch. I Google searched to grab a phone number today and was surprised by all the negative reviews. I don't normally take the time to review a company online but felt compelled after seeing some of these negative comments. I am blown away because I have never had a bad experience with Global 1, Kenny or his staff. They are always available to help me with anything and punctual as well. Don't hesitate to give them a try. I would have switched years ago if they did not provide great service and good rates.

Don't ever get involved with this company. When I signed up I was told no contract and no early termination fee, that's just their way to get you sign up. Once we started our service, all the hidden fees came up! We called them bunch of times, and we cannot get a straight answer of how much our rate is. When we called them to cancel, we got hung up 3 times! I am in service industry for many years, this is for sure not the service that customers deserve especially in this town!!! This is a picture of proof that they say no cancellation fee, now we are charged $99. I will pay this fee but I will let every single one of my clients, my friends and family know do not every work with this shady company!

Horrible customer service...very rude employees.if there was a option for 0 stars they would of got it... Simple minded people i have been in the customer service biz for over ten years and have never had somone talk to me the way he did i wish i could remember his name was kenny and hers was tina or somthing like that if i remember correctly.... What a disgrace..shame on you
