Gayla is an amazing person! She went above and beyond to be personable during a very transactional time! They gave me a good deal for the jewelry I brought in. Even though I got paid, the thing that stood out the most was how sweet and funny she was! Terrific customer service!💯

I needed to have some jewelry authenticated to find out the value and after reading the reviews for Glenn's Jewelry and Loans, decided to stop by. The staff was warm and friendly and the atmosphere inviting. Gayla took all the pieces of jewelry and painstakingly looked and analyzed each piece. Her expertise was clear and she took her time to check each piece thoroughly even asking a colleague to check her math to ensure she was accurate on value...she was. While I waited I scoured the jewelry in the cases and found some beautiful pieces for future purchases and the prices were really reasonable.It was an absolute pleasure to do business with Gayla and Glenn's and I highly recommend them for all your jewelry and loan needs.

So happy we decided to stop by and check out this store. I was a little worried that it was going to be like a regular jewelry store by the looks of the place. Clean, bright . However we were greeted by Pinky who was very friendly,and made us feel very comfortable for young people who haven’t had much jewelry shopping experience. We ended up purchasing a beautiful ring. Couldn’t be happier.

It's always a pleasure to visit Glenn's Jewelry & Loans! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. Recently I went to this business needing some earring wires replaced. Since it was Monday; their regular on staff Jeweler had the day off. Pinky, the Sales Representative, efficiently changed the French Wires on my Earrings & placed them in a stunning velvet jewelry box, suitable for gift giving! I and my soon to be bride came into Glens looking for an engagement ring. It was a very friendly and pleasant experience! We were greeted and helped by sales associate Pinky. She was amazing and extremely helpful and knowledgable about diamonds and jewelry and helped my fiancee pick out a stunning 1.6C marquise diamond and a band that was paired and created for a unique ring just for us. She was very nice, patient and accommodating as was the entire staff. Recommend them highly

This store low balled me after selling rings of comparable quality at over twice the price, they offered less than half the selling price that another jewelry store paid me for my jewelry. I would avoid it. They are good with repairs

This place is amazing! Great customer service and beautiful selection of jewelry. My husband got my engagement ring from here and I am in love with it! Pinky was especially helpful and kind in the whole process. I definitely recommend this lovely place!
