Glacier Point offers the greatest easily accessible views of Yosemite, and probably all of Sierra. You get to see the valley from a bird's perspective and Half Done dominates the view on the other side of the valley. An absolute must for any Yosemite visitor.

We hiked the Four Mile Trailhead to reach Glacier Point. It was a strenuous hike, but worth it for the views from the top. Half dome looks beautiful and be sure to keep your eye out for any waterfalls. There is a building with a shop and you can fill up your water bottles too.
