We were in the area traveling to another destination and our phone cable for the car stopped charging and we were looking for a map to find our destination since we could no longer use the gps on our phones. We stopped by the Chamber of Commerce and Welcome Center to ask directions and possibly buy a map. Thanna (I think I spelled her name right), the administrative assistant at the front desk, let us come in, sit down, charge our phone, told us about the area attractions, gave our son water and gave us several maps and brochures about the area. There are so many interesting things in the surrounding areas that it would take many visits to see and experience them all. The Welcome Center staff are so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely recommend the Welcome Center to everyone.
