We decided to use GiftLogic as our POS software and it has been a great experience. The representative that helped us was Ashley, and she was very helpful and responsive. We had some on-boarding question and she was even willing to help on weekends. The only real issue we had was installation, and connecting the first and second register. I would say this can be frustrating if you are not tech-savy. With that said, we got on the phone with Jeff and he was able to get us all setup and answered any question we had. 5 Stars, and thank you again Ashley and Jeff for setting us up :)
