It was an okay experience to put it lightly. Before Greg Marsh went on vacation he gave me a 4.675% rate saying it was a low rate and wanted me to pay for origination fees. Another lender gave me 4.0% without any fees involved. It was CEO Michael Sema who had to step in while Greg was away and finally offer me a transparent rate with lender credits in order for me to stick with Get A Rate. If it was not for Michael's efforts and transparency, I would have had a different lender.
