Mark Collier cares! I’ve been engaging with SBDC for over a decade and Mark’s passion for small business exudes from his pores. He starts with the #1 thing that holds small businesses back - STRATEGY. When I first began working with him, we looked at my business as a whole and once he understood who we were, what we did, how we did it and what problems we solved; he got to work! He returns calls and emails in a timely manner, meets with me regularly and sends relevant information that is helpful for our growth. He’s polite, professional, smart and strategic.
