I was preapproved by these people,looked for months for a property, I found one,after putting in offer and 1000 dollar deposit, deal went thru all good,got within a month of closing and was told I needed more time on my job,ok thought I was preapproved?things happen right? Waited the 6 more months they wanted and then found another property to buy called george mason and was told everything is good now and put an offer in and there will be no issues, was promised up and down over and over they were sure that I'm good,credit score of 710 by the way,put in offer 1000 dollar down payment,it was accepted and we moved on to settlement, now get this, the genius broker i was using called me days before settlement and told me I needed more time on my job,Of course This time I was furious, called realtor who recommended this incompetent person and he was stunned,long story short I called another broker and was told in ten minutes you had to be employed over 2 years in a row to qualify, I have worked all my life but had a gap in employment due to recession and long drawn out divorce,take my advice do not use these people,use anyone else!!!beware these jokers,especially, brian Boyd the broker that screwed me from bel air md.do not use !!! Wasn't about to give them a third chance!!!
