Very shady and unethical practices, management changes mind on a whim to “going a different route” after agreements have been reached. They don’t care, business is business I guess. If II want to work with a corporation that has the mindset of bottom line only (there’s, not yours) and isn’t afraid who they step on. This is the company for you.

One have to be extremely desperate to pay 34.9% finance to any company. This sounds like a mafia style lending.

This company is a FRAUD a does predatory lending. I was quoted a 0% 6 month with mattress firm. After submitting the application and them doing a HARD PULL to my credit they said I have no 0% and the loan would be for 34.9% from day one. MORE THAN 1/3 of the price of the mattress. This company should instigated by the state attorney. BUYER BEWARE ! Oh and the A+ BBB Rating is a fraud. How can you have 55 comments 54 be negative and have a "A+" Rating. This has Fraud written all over the place. Please see BBB page to see that their is not 1 positive review in 4 years in business but 54 Negative.

Do not work here! They force their employees to work in bed bug infested conditions in the Akron, Ohio call center. A employee had bed bug bites all over her and management wouldn’t let her go home or even care about the bites. They are aware of the bed bug but do nothing about it. Worst company to work for ever!

Is there a zero star button?!This is BY FAR the worse company I’ve ever met! I purchased my beautiful wedding set through Kay’s Jewelry. The first year was absolutely easy. It was so easy to make payments and customer service was a delight. First when I went online for the month of November to make my monthly payment Kay’s website kept directing me to this other page that I’d never seen before. So I called Kay’s customer service to find out that they had switch my account to Genesis Financial Solutions. Never got any notice in the mail about this. So I called Genesis to find out how to pay my bill. I got a super rude woman who acting like it was such an inconvenience to call to get my information. Finally got my info, went online and paid my bill. While paying my bill I noticed that they had DROPPED my credit limit $900!!! When I had already paid off $800. So me being in the financial area, I KNEW that was going to drop my credit score because it was going to show that I was at 105% usage on this credit card. So I called Genesis back AGAIN. I got another super rude woman and I explained the situation to her. She assured me that they were not reporting to the credit bureau about them lowering my credit limit on my Kay’s card. Bull. Sure enough one month later and my score is lowered 20 points due to these people. If I could give zero stars I would. But I don’t have that option. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. They will rip you off in a heart beat. The moment I pay off my card I will cancel just to not have to deal with these people.

Purchased a gorgeous ring from KAYS JEWELERS and the payment process used to be easy. I just called the number they provided and made my payment through the automated system. They've recently changed that all up without informing anyone. Now, when I call that number, it says they have no record of my account. They want me to go through some third party (Genisis) to make my payment. Such a headache and inconvenience. I'm assuming this is that third party. Your website is also really slow.

Worst customer service I've ever had. I used them when I had student loans and a small loan for an applience and it had been an absolute nightmare. I am being double charged and charged an insane amount of interest and late fees, WHEN I WASNT EVEN LATE. Steer clear of this company!!!!

this company has the worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. with that said i make my payments on time or before due date and pay a little extra.. i made an over payment and still had a credit left on the card but no....i cant use this card after 5 days past the payment made. i now have an over payment of $111.60 that i cant use. after three phone calls they still wont unlock my card that should have never been locked in the first place. DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT. i am also wishing i could give negative stars.

This company deserves -10 stars in my opinion! My husband opened a Zales card back in 2016 when he bought my engagement ring and wedding band. He would use it 2-3 times a year to buy me jewelry as a gift. It switched from another company to Genesis last year. Once we finally got around to knowing which company the card was now with, we made sure to make payments. We were set up for email billing yet never received them, and we never got an actual card once it was switched. Today my husband went to go shopping for a Christmas gift for me. He asked me to check the card to see what was available. Well over 6k available to use. He found what he wanted to get me and goes to make the purchase and they can’t access the account. He calls genesis to find out why and in a matter of 10 mins they dropped his credit line from 7k to 1k with a balance of $998 from two previous purchases that we pay more than the minimum balance on monthly. When he asked why all they could say was “ you will receive a letter in 7-10 business days”.This is going to take a hard hit to his credit cause now he has a low limit card with a high balance! Do not waste your time dealing with these low life, scamming a**holes!
