I have been going to Gems & Loans locations for years in North San Diego County and the staff has always been awesome. . I moved to Murrieta in recent years and this is now my store of choice. Paulina was awesome helping me on my large musical instrument purchase. Barbara was great as well. Great staff!!!

When I think of pawn shops I thought they were all like those dicks you've seen on TV. Wanting to low ball you for your goods .But Gems N Loans have changed my mind . The staff is awesome . The terms of the Loans are reasonable . And I think it's pretty cool how they seem to always have some kind of raffle going on for their customers during the holidays and at random . You can tell customer service is a top priority to the company for sure .

Walked in trying to sell a watch And Asked if they would take the one I brought in she looked and me and said “what do you want” with an attitude. She just opened the box and didn’t even look at the watch that was In it all she said was we don’t take watches that aren’t working. So I asked if she would take it if it worked and just looked at me so I left. They sell watches yet they can’t sell me a battery or take money off of the price of the watch ? Great expecience.

Andrew and Paulina our super friendly and I feel like they should be employees of the month for the rest of the year. It was a quick and friendly service when we came in. We was out in less than 20 minutes. If you need something gone and it’s authentic (real) please check this place out. Open 7 days a week.
