Feedback:

Worked there full time for about 1 year and 4 months as a life insurance agent representing CIBC INSURANCE. I would highly recommend you not to waste your valuable time and skills here. This company is very unprofessional in every way. From HR all the way to management. Took them 4 months to get me licensed in ONTARIO and 1 year to get me licensed in rest of the provinces except Quebec and the territories. Place is very discriminating towards people of colour. I got hired at the same time as a Caucasian male for the same position, my college got company benefits withing 4 months of being hired where as i was told you only get benefits upon being an employee for 1 year minimum.A part form that my personal information such as passport, sin number, criminal records had been leaked out. Was not told how and why. Life is too short to be investing your amazing skills and talents to grow a company like this. People get fired/layed off daily. No job security at all. On paper they seem and look very professional, Interview is very professional. Once you get in you see the true nature and colours of Gemma.
