Client Review on GEM Pawnbrokers

I had given this place 5 stars but I'm changing it to 1 star bc of the customer service!! Today was the last day for me to pick up my p4 but I got caught up at work and my phone died. When my phone turned back on I called to let them know I was on my way but might be late but was kept on hold almost 30 minutes!!!!!!! I called at 5:38pm and once the time turned to 6pm they gave me an option to leave a voicemail, which I tried doing and it also didn't work!!! How can they not answer the phone during the last 30 minutes of the day. They're usually nice people but this is really bad customer service. >:[
