Jessica and Kim at this branch were behaving unprofessionally, not explaining any details and when I asked further questions they laughed and asked me to leave.

Great bank.....until atms start screwing up. Gate will eventually "absorb" the mistake than state they do not wish to continue business." We are in the business to make money." Is THIER exact words. Hometown bank my ass. More like a bank with OVER 2.4 BILLION DOLLARS in assets whom indeed does not wish to treat their customers with utmost respect. Was told to hold off until Steve swintek came back into the office but went ahead anyway with some barb lady whom made that comment.I appreciate gate finally fixing the mistake but I do not appreciate being treated like scum for an incident that is NOT MY FAULT and being told "It's not ours either" Helping the community????? How with comments like that.For a BETTER way of living do not choose gate.

Crooked bank that steals people's money and allows fraudulent charges to go through after being informed that charges were fraud..

Great place to bank with. Very helpful people from the top down typically. Sometimes they have like dress up days which is humorous, but maybe unsettling the first time you walk into a bank to find all the tellers wearing Hawaiian shirts. The Cookies and Coffee are half the reason I stick around. This location interior is kinda neat to look at if your in the neighbor hood.

I switched from Alerus over to these guys because I heard such wonderful things. Getting a loan always takes days longer than the loan officer will tell you. Just expect 2 weeks before everything is said and done. They'll tell you 24-48 hours. Trying to get in contact with any of them in a way other than email is nearly impossible. I set up a business account with them a couple months ago, still can't figure out how to operate the online banking for it, customer service has been no help. They did give me a business loan that I never expected to get, but that's the only good thing I have to say about them. I'm sure there's better banks, but switching everything over is such a hassle.
