I'd avoid this place, lots and lots of fees, only 1 location, and they can't do anything electronically, so getting anything done requires you to travel to their one location which can be especially difficult for anyone that works 9-5 considering their hours.For example: Just getting my check for an auto loan required 3 visits to their branch.Then, just to be able to access your account online you have to go to the branch and fill out a form, can't do it electronically even though it's 2018. Never experienced this before, not even 10 years ago...Then I noticed they recorded my email address incorrectly, but nope, can't call to correct this, you have to go to the branch.Ultimately the people I've dealt with there are nice, the rates were okay, but the inconveniences are ridiculous, it's 2018 and everyone else allows you to do this stuff electronically, why would you choose them? Not to mention, if you want at checking account or debit card they charge you fees. Yup, a fee to use your money with your debit card, neither of my banks even do that. Just found out you even get charged a fee if you don't login online often enough. Just overall, zero reason to choose this place over other options.

They do not disclose everything. Very nasty staff. One location and they no longer do shared banking. The 5 dollar membership fee is in addition to having to keep 100 dollars between your savings and checking. They do not tell you. They will charge you a fee if you do not. Then there is a fee for having a debit card that they charge every year. I left the bank to get away from hidden fees they are more of the same worst then the banks. I am moving all my stuff to NFCU (navy Federal credit Union). Do not have to deal with none of the bs plus they have banks all over the us and international.

If you are thinking if moving to a credit union for the great customer service...this is not the place for you. Had a potential fraud...and they couldn't have been less helpful. My account ended up frozen because they couldn't or wouldn't verify a purchase that I made.Tellers are helpful enough in person...but awful on the phone. There is one location...so I end up doing most of my "banking" at wawa.

So, I applied for a home equity loan and was pre approved. They as you to retrieve all of the documents, which I was okay with. Everything seamed to be going well, until the appraisal. They inform me that I will be getting a call from the appraiser. Well 4 or 5 days later he finally calls and we schedule a time. He comes out and I also did some quick searches to see what some values are and give him that info. A few more days pass and then I get the appraisal back and it’s about $40,0000 less then 2 years ago!!! I was like OMG, how is that if the houses around me are selling as soon as they are on the market??? Well I Review the appraisal with a friend who is an appraiser and come to find out he used houses that are completely out dated and some were 2 bedroom! I own s three bedroom with almost everything updated! In fact we just finished the second bathroom. My friend with that’s the appraiser said the value shouldn’t have gone down since 2014 when I purchased it for $284,000. This guy appraised it for $260,000, WHAT? I purchased the house when everything was out dated and it was a 1.5 bathroom house, I installed a second bathroom to make it 2.5. So I asked Lisa at the bank to take a second look, she said that they only do that on a case by case basis. She said if I found errors that she would ask the appraiser. I found many errors including some racist remarks in the appraisal that talks about my town and the people that live there! So I called the appraiser directly and he said he would be willing to review it and review the comps that another appraiser said he would use and match my house. Well... After all of that, Lisa said we are not going to allow that! REALLY? I gave it two stars because Allie was really nice to work with.J
