Do not do business with Nova. I find it interesting that the Chamber of Commerce would order almost $200 worth of food through DoorDash for a meeting if they only had the means to tip their driver less than 2%. I don’t know anything about the company, but I do know that no one should do business with someone like NOVA who is extremely cheap and clearly only cares about her bottom line. Absolutely disgusting. Next time go and get your food and drinks for almost 20 people by yourself if that is how you treat people that go out of their way to make sure that you have a satisfactory experience.
