Kayla lam is amazing ! Shes an awesome loan officer! She was always on top of everything. Great communication, if I had a random question at anytime of day she would always get back to me as soon as possible! She reassured me that everything will be okay which helped me became more stress free! We had a very smooth process with no hiccups and got the clear to close 2 weeks before our closing date !
