Never knew until my last payment my loan was accruing interest the whole time. Even though the interest was added into my loan at the beginning they add in their own on top of it. Disgusted with the customer support they were not helpful at all. So glad to be done with these crooks.

They sold my daughter a car. She missed one payment. This company repossessed her car and now has a lawsuit against her for the full amount of the loan. Young people please please please don't be in such a hurry for a vehicle. Take someone with you that can help you with all the fine print in a contract and help you ask the right questions.

I got sold a lemon. I didn’t have the car for a month. These people are very rude and they have been harrassing me every single day for the past months. If could give zero stars I would. Everyone that’s on here saying you’ll regret it if you finance with them..they aren’t lying.

Hello everyone,Let me start by saying that I agree with all of you inregards to this company but if we don’t get together and take civil action then they will continue to do all of this to other people. As for Karen ,victor, Emily oh my favorite PATTY! etc....I think I mention all there management level people ”joke” they’re all unprofessional people they LIE&LIE!!! I have spoken with every single person in this company and they can never provide accurate information it seems like they put you on a brief hold before answering any questions they get some feedback from the rest of the colleagues regarding your account and Once they come back they simply say we are just following up on the payment “huh” very funny if you tell me. as for the managers oh they feel the pressure when they are dealing with a person who knows the business but one person cannot I repeat cannot beat a company like this we all need to provide our documents or so called contracts and take legal action or this company will keep taking advantage from the hardworking family! And please future finance don’t even bother try to reply to my comment you people are a disgrace to the car business.SO PEOPLE PLEASE GO ELSE WHERE AND FIND YOUR SELF A BETTER FINANCE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

Honestly they gave my brother a helping hand. He was 19 years old at the time with no credit. I tried co-signing for him but since I had two open car loans and a couple personal loans the other banks were turning our approval down. A friend referred me to them. Future approved us with the correct documents that I can prove and seen my payment history. Now my brother can get to and from work with a reliable car. I advised him to pay on time and so far his credit is going up and we have not had any issues at all. I’ve been reading some of the reviews on here and it seems like most people are complaining because they haven’t paid their car note. In our case it’s been smooth sailing no issues what so ever with them. I would definitely refer them to people who can use their help.
