We had a loan from you and we have end up with it. But still we have not received any documents of vehicle or even no one is there to guide us how to get it. M trying to contact u but ur executives are always busy. So kindly provide ur no to contact you. Faced very bad experience.

Extremely poor support during entire process. There is none who can talk to you professionally. They are NBFC and they have no plan to address customer concerns. For me it took more than 1 month to prepare cheques after loan was sanctioned. i had to cancel the whole thing, that too with extreme difficulty

If there could be zero star I would have given that. Worst experience. Pls don't opt for any kind of loan from this company. I have applied for loan since last three months, till now I dint able to know my loan status whether m getting loan or not. I will loose my token money if I dint get loan nw. Total waste of time and money. Bad staff. Don't answer any call. Hope this review will help others who will apply for loan from this company.

Pathetic service,before the loan disbursement they call multiple times and once it's done they deduct n amount without bifurcation,no representative takes the initiative for explaining....It's better they do orelse need to suit in consumer court

I took a loan 1 year ago and still did not get any document. tried to reach several times but still no reply. worst Experience and they promised to reduce rate of interest if I pay my EMI on time till May 2019. but now i did not get any call from them.

Worst bank to take any type of loan as very high interest rates .....Please, if you dont want to regret dont take any type of loan from Fullerton.
