I have been working with Frontier Recovery for a few years now. They have been so good to work with me. Everytime I'd call or get a call, it was usually from John. He seriously made it a million times easier to get through the rough patch that I have been going through. There was a 6month span where I wasn't working. John would give me a few weeks and then call me to check up. I finally got them paid off yesterday. I also want to say I appreciate Robert for helping me when it was last minute, right before close. I have never had a problem with this company. They worked with me really well. Thank you guys!

This company is a huge joke. If you do end up with this company try all possible ways to work with the original biller. Me and my husband dealt with them for five years!!!! We finally paid off all our debt through the hospital after this company took the majority of what we paid for interest instead of actually paying the principle. They called us relentlessly! We were making monthly payments, yet they still called to have us pay more. They were very rude and threatening over the phone! When we talked to the hospital about how Frontier was harassing us they were shocked and told them to stop. When our debt was paid off the hospital called them to let them know our debt was paid. We know this cause you can't miss a payment or they will send you to court.... as they threatened. So months later we went to refinance our vehicle and low and behold this company kept open reports on our credit for months after it was paid!! I swear they did it just to spite us.
