One of the keys on my MSI laptop keyboard came off, was unable to to put the key back myself, called Frontier and the guy who answered told me they will have to REPLACE the WHOLE keyboard, and the parts won't even be genuine part from MSI instead it will be sourced from Amazon and the whole process would take 2-3 weeks......wow..wonder how much everything would've cost me.Anyway, so I called another place and was told to bring my laptop in for a look and an hour later it was fixed for 20 bucks. Good bye Frontier.
