TERRIBLE AND RUDE! 12:30-1pm in FORKED RIVER ! The guy said his name was Paul, my son and I waited inside for 6 minutes saying hello when nobody came out to help us. I had to go outside get my cellphone and call the number to get him to come out of the back room! Then he still didn’t acknowledge me finally walked up to the window I asked him if he was ok? and he responded clearly saying “what do you want...? Let’s go! I said excuse me and told him clearly I need my check cashed or I wouldn’t of came? I should have to call the number while waiting inside to be helped and the attitude definitely was unprofessional and not needed. I’ve heard from so many others that he is rude and they do not give that place business because of his attitude. All this took place in front of my 8 year old child and I had to tell my son to not be afraid of this man. Get a new worker your losing a lot of business! The job isn’t that hard this is coming from a Customer Service Rep myself. Oh and also Paul continued to tell me I’m worried ?! Why idk because I most definitely was not worried about anything and shouldn’t have a reason to be worried in a check cashing place. Terrible service and attitude check is needed!
