Yup, the reviews are absolutely right. They are rude. A couple of weeks ago I walked inside that branch, wanting to open an account, met all requirements, and still the branch manager Jennifer Peterson, kept giving me reasons as to why she couldn't open an account for me. I think that this is beyond horrible customer service but this is discrimination. Money has no color other than "green". This type of behavior can lead to a lawsuit; and really needs some training , like " Starbucks" and re-think about there business vision. This bank will never last moving forward.

Fantastic bank. Have been banking here for years, and they have helped several of my business entities. I have no clue what the negative reviewers are saying. I have always been treated with kindness and respect, and I frequently refer people to the bank. Not one had had a negative experience.

Terrible Bank. Avoid this bank. Worst experience ever. Don't want to explain the details as it would be too much to explain all I can say is this is a terrible bank. Don't waste your time with this bank.

i tried to open an account today, and because I'm black they didn't want to help me. Never heard of a bank who turn down money. And when I complained, they tried to call me and apologize. someone need to tell this bank that you don't judge a book by its cover.

Had a very good experience with both people that helped me out. Lisa was the one that helped me open our account and she was extremely personable, making me feel as if she cared about not only my business but her own as well.

Great personalized customer service from a local bank. When you call them you get a person who is able to help you with almost anything and there is never any wait. This is a great bank to go with.
