I went in to buy a pre-owned vehicle I saw the day before, apparently it was literally sold right under my nose (not their fault), someone just beat me to it. When Howard "Mac" saw my face he knew, so he called his manager Cary (who was amazing) and gave me a deal I could not turn down. Now I have a brand new 2020 instead of a 2017. Thanks for turning a frown upside down :)

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I don't like dealing with dealerships and have never really had a good or great experience. Well, my mind is completely changed now after stepping foot into Freehold Hyundai. They are like a family. Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly, personable and treated me like I was family. I was there for hours, and it wasn't just about buying a car. They truly care about you as a person and want what's best for you in a vehicle. I love these people! My sales person Jim Sheridan is top notch. I read great reviews about him and was so happy he was my salesperson. He spent a very long time with me along with the awesome Executive Manager Cary Rose. What fantastic guys! They gave me several options, always looking out for my best interest. We had great conversations. Rich Lewis a Sales Manager, and Audriena DePalma a Finance Manager were so friendly and very helpful too. Sirtura (T) Hornsby, the Product Specialist is another amazing, friendly and very helpful person there also. He answered all of my questions and thoroughly went over my new car with me. I'll never go to another Hyundai dealership again. They have my business! Thank you again everyone.

An amazing car buying experience. I was greeted by Nikki when I walked in and I was so lucky to have her at my side during the selection and purchasing process. Too often, sales professionals don't understand that the most important part of selling is listening. That was not the case with Nikki. We discussed my parameters and preferences and Nikki made sure she addressed every point. She is knowledgeable, kind, low pressure and worked hard to put together the deal that worked for me and a car I love! She also made sure that she spent the time I needed to understand all the buttons. In fact, I was so impressed with her and my new Tucson, my daughter and I went back the very next day -- that's how highly I thought of her and the experience. She didn't disappoint. Less than 24 hours - 2 Tucsons purchased. Also a big thank you to the rest of the team, including Cary and the finance guys. Nikki & Cary -- you've got our business for life!

My salesman was Jim Sheridan, and this was the second car i'd purchased from freehold Hyundai. And to be honest Jim is one of the main reasons I stayed with Hyundai and the dealership specifically. If you're looking to purchase any vehicle from this location i strongly recommend directly asking for Jim personally. You can right off the bat tell his main concern is the customer and whether the car they're looking to purchase will work best for them. He makes it more of a comfortable interaction rather then strictly business. I'm more than happy with my vehicle and don't plan on using any other salesman or dealership.

Went for oil change took an hour and a half. They claim to do multi point inspection, did not top off fluids, put 44 psi in my tires specs call for 34 psi. Definitely not worth driving 40 miles to get that kind of service. Jiffy Lube in and out 10 minutes.
