Feedback:

Communication is key. If you tell your needs they will help you out. I had minor issues with some processes but they figured it out when I looked for assistance.

I'm SO frustrated with this bank. I do a drive through deposit and they dont give me my debit card back. So I drive back and their closed! And they dont open till Monday and its Saturday and I got things to buy and do and now I cant. They seriously messed me up. Watch when I go get it, they wont be apologetic at all. How does a bank teller forget to give someone back their card??

Their fee system makes no sense and they lied to me about how their overdraft and student accounts work to get me to sign on. It’s feels almost predatory at this point because I’ve talked to them a dozen times to get my money back and an apology but honestly how do you make the same mistake 8 times on an account. System is slow and clearly outdated. To bad because some of their offers like their credit card are really good. Besides the app. Will be switching ASAP after years with them, too bad. I just don’t like feeling like I’m being robbed all the time and never actually being able to talk to a representative. Get with the times.Edit: after checking reviews and talking to other members it’s not just me, something is fishy here. Be warned.

10:30 am on a Saturday and they are closed. Go during the week and they are closed, At times when they are suppose to be open. Sad to say it’s time to search for another bank.

If you are any bit of a person who can afford to bank somewhere else, do it! I’ll pay the extra dollar and save on random account fees also known as “glitches” to them, and for experienced and knowledgeable staff. *** Remember a .25-.5% difference of loan rates is only saving you pennies! Save yourself and RUN!

I have been a member here for years. The only helpful one I can name is Jenny. Otherwise drive-thru or walk-in I find the staff SLOW and shady. Instead of staring, do your job and help me get in and out. I dont have all day. This new staff they hired needs customer service training.
