Feedback:

Franklin has help me alot never had any problems been with them 3yrs, I had a friend that recommended the bank and boy I'm glad they did they have been helping me with my credit, If you listen and follow instructions everything works well thank you Franklin you have been great.

Feedback:

I have been with FTCU since 1992 and they have always been there for me, but the climate there has changed now. My biggest concern is that they never answer the phone. I've moved out of state and was considering keeping them but it's very difficult to get things done when no one answers the phone. So I've changed my bank.

Feedback:

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!..I can never get a representative on phone. I have called 15x within an hour and not one person will picked up the phone. Leaving a message is pointless if nobody will return your call.

All of these employees are rude. They know absolutely nothing about professionalism I don't think its OKAY for a worker to call a member with such ride nasty attitude, over a huge mistake on their end. NOT THE CREDIT UNION TO GO TO THESE PEOPLE ARE EXTREMELY NASTY!

Great services and friendly staff. The only problem is that they NEVER answer the phone. I moved out of state which makes this even more frustrating. I know they now opened a corporate office across the street which should help, but it has not. You guys are awesome, but you have to do better with the phones.

they usually are good with customer service and talk politely with you and even try help u out but one of the reoresentative was really rude.She answered the phone with nastyy attitude and tried to tell me how much i owe bank in which i dont she also told me to call headquarters cause she cannot fix them double charging me .worse employee ever she should be fired that why i got account at bigger main bank and soom as im done paying them off these loans ill transfer my direct deposit to a bigger bank also they never answer phone dont bother calling 30.mins before closing cause ull.def never get answered

We have been members of Franklin Trust for over 15 years now. They truly are working in the best interests of us, the account holders. All the services of a major bank are here, but we aren't made to feel like just a number. Plus, I am able to be approved for car loans even though my credit rating is currently terrible. Yay! Credit Unions ROCK!

I love this credit union never have I ever had things happen so easily concerning loans and credit cards... they make it so you to can also experience getting the real help that you need. They also help with credit scores which is very important to me and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The one and only problem that I do have is when it comes to answering the phone sometimes I have a question or need to know something before I go all the way there and they never answer. Hopefully that will change but other than that I’m happy with my banking experience here

Great people that work here but, when you call they never answer the phone! That’s not professional or business like what so ever! I know it can be busy at times but, answer the phone. Sometimes it’s easier to handle your business over the phone instead of driving there. They need to hire people that can just answer the phones !
