These guys are always on point. I bought my Bad boy mower from them and use them for service.I know what to expect because they are clear about what they do. After mower medic closed down I switched to Franklin Equipment and I've never had a problem.Great reliable products and amazing service. I recommend them to everybody dealing with mowers and other yard maintenance equipment.
