I brought a mens wedding band to him that was very detailed all the way around and I needed it made 2 sizes bigger. He did an AWSOME job!!!! Can't even tell it was resized such a large amount. Absolutely the best. Highly recommend. Very friendly people. 😆😆😆

Was very nervous about taking my ring to just anyone but all my worries were put aside ... I felt very comfortable and didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get over on me and best of all I walked out of their with a real rose that is dipped in 24 k and it is for my niece she is 11 and she’s going through a very rough time and when I gave her that it was like I gave her a million dollars and she just smiled and hugged me ... now I feel good about my decision to let go of my ring ... You guys are great and would definitely recommend in a second... Just stop in and see for yourself 😃

I went around South Jersey trying to find answers for whether a loose diamond I had was real and if it was even worth anything. Several jewelers wouldn't give me the time of day, but the folks at Francis Jewelers took the stone and acted like it was a treasure hunt. I'll be going back to have the stone set into a necklace, and will probably be going to them when I need anything. Thank you for taking the time to try.

Francis J was recommended to me and did not disappoint. I brought In a precious estate price of jewelry for some tricky adjustment. They are very trustworthy and real arrest. My necklace was extended to the desired length perfectly. Will definitely return for my fine jewelry needs. Also saw stunning pieces for sale that I would love to purchase so I’ hoping to shop there soon.

I received a citizen watch for christmas that was quite large. I stopped in with it after work and Joshua was kind enough to fit it while i waited. The fee was extremely reasonable and I will definitely be returning and recommending them!
