Worst place I get fed up with their phone service nobody answers I have to call back to back till someone answers it jus rings or sometimes they will not answer at all I had to travel 50 miles just too transfer my pay check to my debit card and 50 miles back home so a 100 miles round trip all because nobody wanted to answer the dame phone and I hate having to call everytime I get paid to transfer my own money to my debit so I went to the bank and asked them if I can set up my paycheck to go directly to my debit card so I don't have to keep trying to call they said no I can't wish my job gave other payment options but they only do direct deposit so i was stuck with this bank I don't know how much longer I'll be banking here its the worst place

I wanted to share an experiences my family and I had with 4corner credit union. We were a member with financial institutions for over 30 years, we establish more than $$k there. We never had a problem in past with precious CEO and teller until now. The teller are so unprofessional and disrecpectful to the members. I am so disgusted with the manager and current CEO to have poor customer service within financial institutions. There is no way to contact the board member to file a complant. CEO doesnt seem to delivers our letter of compliants to the board member, so we decide to take further action and compliant to NCUA (national credit union association).Today, we had issue trying to close our account, but we were escorted out of the building without our money. My family and i have also bank with other financial institutions and we don't have complication with them. So today, i had to make my other bank contact 4corner credit for payoff and to acquire the money in my account to be release. So i can final close my account and take my business else where.

Phone rings and rings....come on where is the customer service for the people that bank with you. Its their money, I don't think they should call in just to ask for their money ..........

Cards are constantly going down resulting in cards getting declined. Customer service is horrible. No one answers the phone. All it does it ring. Been with this credit union for 20 years and finally switched to Animas Credit union in Farmington after getting fed up with the debit card issue. Loans have a high percentage compared to other credit unions. If you have the option find another bank or credit union.

This place needs at least one teller to answer in coming phone calls and answer questions that customers have about their accounts or loans. Every time i call, the phone will ring, ring, ring, ring, ring, ring and keep ringing. I know the Credit Union is not that busy during morning hours. And also, PLEASE PLEASE get your website up the date and WORKING PROPERLY!!!! There are people who live out of state and only depend on the website or the PHONE!!! Thank you
