Feedback:

some of the employees are rude. all founders location do to many credit pulls.you can be a customer for years, have had a few loans that was payed off never late and if you need a loan they pull credit report.

GAFFNEY PSASERIOUSLY don't bank here. I've told my mom 100 times to change banks. Fraud department caught someone making iTunes charges tells her to come in and get a new card (she does) and now they won't fix the charges. The lady ask her how many Apple devices she owned and then act like she didn't believe her when she said none!!!!! Told her it must be her grandkid in California (which she does not have).

Work place every. When I went to put my check in the bank the bank teller was talking to someone about her hair and I stood there 20 minutes and no one asked me if they could help me or anything.... Will be closing my account with them.

I don’t understand why most banks only have one person available to open a new account. They have like 4 or 5 cubicles. But only one person working. And sometimes there are more people working. However the other person only is in charge of Mortgages. The wait is quite long and there’s no reason for it. Finally I want to say that staff was friendly and attentive. When I asked if I could use the restroom. One guy stopped his phone conversation and told where the restroom was.

I was the subject of fraud while I was in basic military training and since it passed there certain number of allotted days to fix it they wouldn’t do a thing to help. I was down around 1800 dollars with no help from founders. I recommend banking anywhere else.

So again I came to Founders Bank and low and behold same ad usual but this time the bank manager never spoke and he was behind teller counter a lady in a leg brace ask for help and instead of him coming from behind the counter to help her just pointer what to do Where is customer service ???

Only a few polite employees but the other half rude , Ive been banking here for years. I just cant believe how down hill this bank has gone ...yall really need to look closer at this place

$10 to make a payment over the phone or online? Why? Is this bank located in 1931? And don’t answer this with some cookie cutter response. Really think about that. $10 to make an on time payment? Or I have to take time out of my day to go there. Really? REALLY?
