My son applied for a loan 2 weeks ago and still has had no answer. We even co-signed because he has no credit. He has enough in his account to cover the loan but wants to build his credit. He and my wife, the co-signer, left message after message. Finally, my wife, the co-signer, recieved a call from the loan officer stating she has been on vacation and will definitely have an answer the next day... NOPE. Amazing you wouldnt call the person applying for the loan.Good for my son, going to close his account and go elsewhere. Also, we will more than likely be doing the same. Like alot of the other reviews read, very rude people there, at least the loan officer. Very rude to my wife making it sound like we were bothering her.

Worst bank I have ever been apart of. They can't deposit my money into my account correctly (3 times in a row). Then I get deducted $600.00 because of their mistake. Then they tell me I have to come in and close that account and open up a new account because the account number was to close to another members. They are very RUDE when trying to fix something. I would not suggest this place to anyone. Not even my worst enemy!

I'm just surprised that local banking in fond du lac has worse costumer service than large banks in the area. I thought it would be the opposite way around. Very dissappointing.

I’ve had so many bad experiences with this bank. I am a college student in Madison and I use Uber quite frequently (I’ve made this bank well aware of it too) they’ve cancelled my card on multiple occasions because I took 3 Ubers in one month because it seemed “suspicious”, not only that but they failed to tell me they were shutting down my card. Horrible communication and service on their part

ripoff bank ... i had left 200 bucks in an old checking account just for a rainy day and to keep the account open... they took 10 bucks a month calling it an inactivity fee until it was gone and then finally wrote me a letter telling me to put more in so they can take more from me... what a rip off ... Find a different bank
