Florida Credit Union approved me for an auto loan in 2012, and was paid off in 2015. FCU has been there to help me with financial needs every since. Different loan programs that helped me increase my credit when I needed it the most. Everyones experience may be a little different but for the past 7 years I've had great experience. Depositing all of some of your paycheck into your checking account for. I think 60 days can qualify you for a credit limit loan including a Credit Card, you also can use like a payday with the account as well. When you get a Customer Service Agent and your not satisfied maybe if you inform them of their actions they may change. Sometimes as the customer we have to remind them that they need us as well as we need them in a kind way.

Every single time I come here I have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour, sometimes longer. At any other FLCU branch you are serviced almost immediately. You can see them in their offices and cubicles not doing anything.

Came in to get a new debit card and sat down and spoke with Ms.Kelly S. at closing wound up getting my car refinanced thank you so much amazing customer service

Been banking here for years and may have had a few minor issues but it's nothing that their wonderful team member Mrs. Kelly Sullivan couldn't help me with. She is beyond amazing and recently just helped me get into my first major car buy with her loan expertise. It made the experience that much more amazing and stress free. A good business is only made that way by it's amazing staff! We love FCU.

Needs to have a negative star rating. Will NEVER deal with this bank and their loan department EVER again. Beyond rude, beyond useless and beyond unfriendly. Got a car from VW and they used these useless joker's cause our bank was closed for the weekend. Called to get the contact information and about what they need to have so our bank can payoff my husband's car loan. The rude girl told me she would not give me any of the credit union's contact information. That my bank has to figure out how to get in contact with them to pay off the loan. She said that they don't give out any of their contact information. Can totally understand why they have such a crappy rating.

Went to go open an account here and have been waiting for over an hour. During this hour I've seen two employees take smoke breaks with a fully waiting room. Thankfully the full waiting room was current customers and told me all of their horror stories of this place. I'm going to follow my gut and not open an account here based on what I've witnessed and what I've been told. Speaking to manager was pointless as you can see by the way this place is ran.

If I could give them ZERO stars I WOULD!! These people are underhanded and apathetic. They WILL try to steal from you with unjustified fees and employee and MANAGER INCOMPETENCE is RIFE!!!!
