I have been with Fl.Credit Union for about 7years. I recently applied for pre approval for a car loan. It was toward the end of the day but was told by Diane that it looked like my loan would go right through(credit score is 856). I had to call the next day to find out. Towards the end of the next week, Diane called me and I was attending a funeral so had to return her call the next day. Left a message. She NEVER got back with me. Received a letter in the mail stating my loan was no longer approved because of incomplete Application although I had completed it and was told it was approved the week before. I am now closing my account!

I have been with FCU for over a year now and they handle all by banking needs. I highly recommend! Brian , as well as anyone I have dealt with at the Lake City location, is awesome!

They always work with me on my needs, I have a personal loan and my car loan through flcu. Russell seems to be my designated helper because he is always on the other end of the screen for me. Hes always very pleasant and chipper. Great bank with great folks.

Worst bank in Lake City if not the worst bank I have ever used. Started a checking account and order checks and after a month went by and still no checks I had to call.Thought problem was resolved and it wasnt so had to make a trip into the bank and speak to someone since they could not get it right the first 2 times....there new updated app still sucks and the atm they have litterally sends you out a envelope to deposit cash instead of just putting it into the atm. They charge you for everything so if you need bank statements that will cost you money. There are way to many better options in Lake City now for anyone to be using this bank. I will be switching banks by the end of next week. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Was lied to about the options to be able to pay on my credit card since you can't call anymore, both at the branch and over the phone!!! They stated I wouldn't have any trouble and now I'm screwed because they made things harder now you can't speak to someone to make your pahmpay!!!

because one of the girls at the desk lied and said I didn’t mind paying the charge ($60.00) I have been charged $60. On my FCU credit card! I have closed that card and plan on moving my personal and business account to another bank. I have banked here for years and years , financed several vehicles with them but my truck is financed at a different bank now and one of my personal accounts is with another bank. I don’t like being lied on or toMay 9, 2019If you use the coin machine in this branch you are going to be cheated!!! My husband and I both counted our change before we took it in and when the machine counted it it was $6 and something short!!!! I was told their machine is not wrong!! I sat in there one day and heard them saying it was messing up! So beware!!!!😡😡😡😡Thanks Sean Peters @ the Gainesville branch for your help! LakeCity branch has gone downhill

Worst place ever. Poor customer service . Arrived there 1 woman on phone with boyfriend laid back in her business chair other woman setting at desk don't acknowledge me. I ask how do I make a payment for a friend she gives me the quick spill I don't fully understand . Lady on phone gets rude with me cause it's not face to face interaction . Other lady comes back out gets in my face like the warden of a prison . Very rude and in professional. Do not recommend there business to anyone .

I’ve been dealing with this bank for several years now. Absolutely the best bank I’ve ever dealt with. Rose and Jordan st the Lake City branch always go above and beyond to help. Both very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
