Overall Feedback:

no resolution. Really wanting to like this service - the app is nice - no hardware is great - but how much use is any of that if my customers are wanting to pay me but can't do it through Flint's app or service.

Love this app. Flint is great. I love not having to deal with that card swiper thing. The new staff sub accounts feature made getting my employees up and running with Flint as easy as sending an email. Sign up and setup was very logical. The support team answered my questions and we are quite happy.

I've tried them all and Flint is by far the most elegant and functional of all the mobile payments apps. Scanning cards works flawlessly on my iPhone and on my employees Android phones. The team accounts feature makes it easy to get my staff processing payments without having to buy a bunch of terminals or iPads. The Flint customer service team is good too. It was easy to get ahold of real live human (based in the USA) and resolve my one issue with which I needed assistance.
