Client Review on Flagship Credit Corporation

Today, was my first time speaking with customer service. I was informed my address had been changed since 9/21/18. I always pay early via phone, occasionally check my mail, and did not realize I stopped receiving bills. A rep and her supervisor couldn't confirm how the addy was changed. Also, I needed an extension, and spoke with the driest rep. She told me she documented when I will pay, but it's not an "arrangement"...so I can freely pay whenever, and I was wrong for calling????? I paid half today, and her attitude suggested it was insignificant. Follow-up: Someone did reach out regarding the arrangement, and she stated she did not know why the rep informed there were no arrangements. I don't know how she knew to reach out, but I was given a 2 month extension.Also, I emailed a complaint today via the website. To date, I have no clarification regarding the 9/21/18 unauthorized addy change, and I still have not received bills...
