I was turned down by multiple lenders because I'm self employed and was re-financing a home in Downtown Los Angeles, a notoriously hard neighborhood to appraise property in. Nick and his team were able to get me an amazing rate, with low fees and were a pleasure to work with. Nick was available for phone calls at odd hours and his team moved quickly to make sure I had the money I needed in my bank account by my deadline. I can't recommend FK Capital Fund highly enough.

Both times Nick was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgable, professional and honest, he puts his clients needs first. Nick Lekas demonstrated his capabilities to us on two occasions in a six month period. First arranging a refi mortgage on our existing home and a new first mortgage on a home to be purchased with no difficulty and then six months later obtained another attractive financial package for us on a new purchase. The second escrow period was 21 days. Nick kept on top of every step of the process working closely with the realtors and escrow companies to meet a tight deadline. If you want someone that will definitely work on your behalf and not just be an order taker, FK Capital Fund, Inc. is the place to start and end. Great personal service!

After 18 months of trying numerous ways to save my house, I came across Nick Lekus at FK Capital Fund. I also was pursuing bankruptcy but Nick said let me try to help. I had a lot of difficulties with my situation, but Nick and his team never gave up on me and kept trying different ways to get me a refinance with my home when no one else would.
