Client Review on Five Star Credit Union

Feedback:

Loan department very sneaky and underhanded. I was told that direct deposit would be routed into my saving account and I could make a payment to my loan when it gets there instead money was directly into loan account in its entirety leaving no funds available. I had hoped this was a mistake so called to try to fix what I thought was an error but to my surprise when I spoke with the bank I was told that this was done purposely. I then asked for the supervisor of the person whom mislead me so that perhaps she could listen to the contents of the previous call she starred she was the supervisor and she was the one that did it and that they do not record the call. She was rude and showed no empathy or sympathy for the situation. I am not upset because there was payment made on the loan but I feel the way it done was unethical and not very professional at all needless to say you want to be able to trust you financial institution however this one I will probably never trust again as there is nothing in place to back up what said in a phone call by them. Also in addition there is no after hour customer service line so if you have an issue after 5pm or work those hours your screwed
