Feedback:

The only reason I gave it 1 star was because of the young lady that helps us. Other than that, it's trash. We have set up an automatic withdrawal 3 times with them and they still screw it up. We have had to constantly go there to have them take it out. This right there tells me they are incompetent bank that can't do simple things.

Feedback:

The single worst bank I've ever done businesses with. My debit Card has been shut off multiple times, I've been put on hold for hours, making payments is always a hassle. All aspects of FiveStarBank is laughable at best. Not to mention the tellers & accountants are unprofessional & completely clueless in their field of work.

Feedback:

Wonderful, professional, courteous and friendly staff helps get what I need and is grateful for my business. It's always a pleasure to do business at this branch. They could teach the Yorkshire branch a lot.

Feedback:

Careful greedy bank way beyond "normal" banks greed

Feedback:

In the hotel and restaurant industry 5 star implies quality and good customer service. This is not the case with 5 star bank. I would highly recommend NOT using this bank and probably for that matter, the rest of the branch if this is how they operate. (9/15) I came into the bank because I am leaving for a trip to Mexico and needed cash for my trip. The teller that helped me was nice and very helpful. My bank is in Colorado so I was only able to withdraw 1,500 instead of the 2,000 I needed. It was explained to me that my card has a 1,500 limit. Which was fine, I appreciate the protection, so I found out what the hours were and made plans to come back the next day. The Teller put my profile in the system so that the next day when I came back it would be even easier. (9/16) When I came into the bank they only had one teller working after waiting for 10 minutes for assistance, I explained to the teller that I was back and that they had put my information into the computer the day before. The teller told me that she does not think she could help me. She then went and talked to her manager, the manager told her that I could get the $500 outside at the drive up atm. Instead of coming back to the counter the teller came up to me through the lobby and explained my transaction in front of the other customers which was extremely unprofessional. Considering, I made a special trip to come back and the fact that I was traveling I needed high domination bills, I decided that I was not going to use the Services of the bank and left. Later, after the way I was treated I decided to call the manager and ask her if she thought that was acceptable customer service. When I explained that I was helped the day before and had no issues getting 1,500 dollars, instead of apologizing for the misunderstanding, which I would have been fine with. The Manager proceeded to attempt to sell me on the fact that she was doing me a favor by sending me to the drive up ATM because "it saved me the service fee" . When I explained to her that I needed high domination bills, the Manager told me that I could have come back in and exchanged my $500 worth of $20 bills for what I needed. So to put this in prospective the manager felt that instead of helping me at the counter. That sending me outside to get back into my car, drive up to the ATM, get money, come back in and exchange the money for the correct domination. Because it would have "Saved me money". Which considering the inside fee was probably around $5 dollars and the Atm fee was probably 2-3 dollars. The manager felt that waisting my time and putting me in a position where I am carrying a large amount of cash outside was an appropriate solution for saving $2-3 dollars. On top of that attempted to make seem that is was my fault that this problem occurred. So expect poor customer service and if there is a problem that it is your fault. If this is the critical thinking skills of the management of the bank. I would be concerned that I would be getting proper advice on matters that are more important than saving 2 dollars.
