I ordered waterpum kit for JD 4040 got wrong parts cost me 131.47 had to have tractor ordered complete water pump cost me another 363.90 my ass is just as sore as if I had gone to Cahall bros

I worked with this dealer to purchase a new tractor. We agreed on a price and after waiting a few days to hear from them on a delivery date I called back to check in. The salesman explained that an additional piece needed to be added to the tractor at a significantly higher price. This was in addition to some other fees they added after we agreed on a selling price. None of this set well with me and ultimately I was not willing to pay their new price. If this was a simple mistake, it is one that the dealer should have eaten, not me. Either way I didn't trust this dealership anymore and purchased elsewhere.

My chainsaw wouldn’t run, dropped it off, they replaced the carburetor, and it was under warranty. I didn’t even know it was still under warranty. There great!

Great customer service while youre looking to buy machinery. Terrible customer service after you've bought machinery. Good luck getting anything fixed under warranty.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worse customer service I have ever encountered. Rude as if I was a burden as soon as I walked in the door. I tried to return a chainsaw blade and chain i purchased a few days ago new and never opened. I stated i didnt need it cause i took it to a guy who works on chainsaws and i didnt need the blade and he sharpened my chain. Would NOT refund me cause he didnt like i told him i chose a cheaper route to fix an old chainsaw. I was interested in buying a much bigger logging Stihl chainsaw but not now. I will take my business elsewhere. I never had a problem when this was Five Points. Ag Pro is a garbage company. I will be sure to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere for business.

I just bought a 630 Discbine Mower Conditioner from Ag-Pro in Hillsboro. Ryan Frommling was the salesperson. Ag-Pro acquired Five-Points and I was worried that they would be difficult to deal with. The transaction went off exactly as promised. I cannot say enough good things about Ryan and the entire Hillsboro team.
