My parents have banked here for over 30 years. Their mail was stolen from their house and 2 checks were altered. One can clearly see they were forged. My mom is 87 years old and can barely walk while my dad is for the most part is home bound. He is 89 years old and has several health issues. She went to the credit union to report what happened once she received her bank statement. She was assured things would be taken care of and would get her money back which was over $800. That same day she went to the police to file a report. It's been a LIVING HELL since then. Shes gotten calls from the Risk Management saying they were not going to credit her account!! What the Hell??? And this to an elderly person over the phone. She goes a 2nd time to the branch and fills out MORE paperwork and in undefined terms is told that her money cannot be returned as it was an INSIDE job! Inside as in our family??? I clearly am appalled at this! I'm a retired teacher, my sister is a teacher, my brother is in the medical field and my other sister is retired from banking. So we clearly take this as an insult..an absolute slap in the face! Well after she got another call she goes for a 3rd time to the branch and on again fills out more paperwork and goes to file yet another report with the police. She has not been able to sleep..she doesn't want to eat...$800 may not seem like alot fo some people but to them it's like a million dollars. My dad is on heavy duty meds that are very expensive. My sister who is a teacher has been taking my mom, but no one can give them clear answers. We feel insulted and profiled by the innuendos. The fact that she is elderly and Hispanic and hard of hearing makes us think that she is being targeted and her fears are not being put to rest by any of the personnel at this institution. What's going on? What happened to helping all especially the elderly??? If anything happens to either one of my parents you better believe this will make the news. I'm telling ALL my retired teacher friends to change banks and any and all my friends and acquaintances! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE AND A NIGHTMARE!

I was very unsatisfied with how they have there poles out front with the parking. The color blends in with the building and you can't tell they have them there also you can tell how many times they have been hit as well as myself. I came to help with my cousin out with an errand never again will I come here. Please change the color because it sucks hitting out vehicles!!!
