I withdrew cash from the ATM and asked the teller if they could swap it for larger denominations and she refused. I don’t have an account but I paid a fee to the bank withdraw. It was a simple request. I live down the street and was considering switching banks. Now I won’t.

I recently needed to get a vehicle for work purposes. I stopped in to First Mark Credit Union and was greeted by Lauren Quezeda. Lauren was extremely, helpful, patient & knowledgeable about the entire car financing process. It has been a great experience!

The staff are great the service is great. Those who question this place of monetary confinement, should burn. The people who disdain First Mark, are usually the same kind that talk on their phone while driving. They don't see the little boy crossing the street, and run him over.

They have very friendly staff and good service. I had my car finance with them and it was a good experience, no hidden fees. Stayed with then after payed off the loan. They offered additional services to their members

I guess because firstmark does not open until weekdays, and I got paid on a friday after my location closed the store, I have to wait till monday? I HOPE I get my money on monday
