Scott assisted us with refinancing our home in Waukesha County several years ago and we had a great experience. So when my wife and I recently purchased a lake home in northern Wisconsin we called on Scott again. Our refinance was simple fast and easy. However, purchasing a second home proved to be more challenging. Scott helped us navigate all of the craziness. We are self employed, own several businesses, recently inherited funds that we used for a down payment, have two children in college and have numerous other financial situations that made underwriting a nightmare. Scott was incredible. We had 10 or more conversations a week and shared dozens of emails each week, discussing questions asked by underwriting. This went on for 6 weeks. Scott replied to messages and emails promptly and he handled many annoying tasks for us. Scott took a frustrating and stressful process and made it a great experience.
