This bank is amazing!! We moved here from out west and our banking experience has always been very impersonal, where you are just another number. When we opened an account at First Volunteer we were not expecting the service we received. This bank is about relationships! From day one they have remembered my husband and I, always ask about our kids, and genuinely care how we are doing. We run a growing company so we have to interact with the bank often. I have always dreaded having to deal with banks in the past. Not now, they make every transaction from getting a new loan to openeing up a checking account for one of our kids to your basic everyday banking needs an absolute breeze! I never leave the bank feeling frustrated and that means a lot.
