Canda was the quickest, sharpest, most professional mortgage officer I have ever encountered. On top of that, she keeps you updated throughout the entire process. If you would like a mortgage loan done quickly and correctly I would definitely recommend Canda at First United. I could not wish for a better experience.

We have had the opportunity and pleasure to deal with Canda White on 2 separate occasions. She is an absolute star and is very knowledgeable at what she does! There were a couple times that our realtor was frustrated over different issues only to find out that Canda had squashed those issues and had moved forward. Our realtor even commented and said "She is one sharp girl!" and our realtor is a lady who has been in the business awhile. If and that is a big "IF" we ever decide to move again we will be contacting Canda. The "IF" part has nothing to do with Canda and just more to the fact that I hate moving. Seriously, you cannot find a more competent person than this little gal here.

Closing day came without any hiccups due to her management skills and planning foresight. I would recommend First United's mortgage group to others as well as Canda to handle your home loan. I even got a great home insurance policy through First United's insurance group.

My husband and I just bought a house. We worked with Canda White, and she was great! As first time homebuyers, she made sure we understood everything. She answered all our questions and was very thorough. If you’re buying a house and need to get a loan, make sure you go through Canda! We also bank with you guys! I tell all my friends looking to switch that they should bank through First United. I’ve never had my card compromised. My husband did one time, but he was called right away before anything was taken out. Great service and banking!
