Phenomenal experiences with Jen G. I have bought a total of 4 houses over the years in different states and this experience was by far the best. I believe the communication Jen showed me and the trust she built with her time and candor was the key. I was able to get a hold of her in the morning, day, and after hours. She has a wonderful staff of rockstars that follow up to make the closing easier. When looking at interests rates, she was able to beat the competitors every time.... every time. Her closing cost ..... you can’t beat them. When I look at ever doing business in buying a house again, Jen will be the first I call. Kudos to the First United Bank for landing Jen. She and her staff are a gem.

I know if and when I purchase future homes, I will not trust another mortgage company for funding. I am a loyal customer to Jennifer Guidry for life! I received personalized service, advice, and comprehensive information throughout the entire process; I was never left wondering what the next steps were or action I needed to take. While there were some hiccups, Jennifer and her team of advisers were uplifting and encouraging. I could not have asked for a better experience!

If you want a down to earth team helping you get that dream home, you must consider Jennifer and her team!!!!!! From the moment we met her we knew we were in good hands. When my wife and I found our dream home, we were motivated to get it done!! We got prequalified right away! All we needed was to be told what to do and we did it quickly and they responded quickly. Robert and Mary were awesome. I even found out a good place to go skating in the area. As I type this I am looking out my windows overlooking Canyon Lake Texas waiting to see the first sunrise in our new home. We closed in 30 days!! Could have closed sooner but it was our choice to use the whole 30 days. The good Lord led us to the right team to get this done!!! Thank you Lord and thank you First United Bank!!!! Deon & Shaun
