Kirk Bargis has been assisting me with a mortgage line of credit. He has stated that he does not use his telephone and does not communicate answers to basic questions regarding the product. I am disheartened because First United in Tulsa has excellent customer service and did my original mortgage. I will not do business here again and I recommend using another First united location or another bank.

OK if I needed a house I would go to this bank and use their processing and their loan department to buy the house and guess what that actually happened they did a great job in servicing and continue to service my Home mortgage.
