Wouldn't recommend this bank

Recently a very good friend of mine’s husband passed away. Her husband had a truck financed through this branch so when she went in to let them know what had happened and to find out information about the truck, the staff refused to give her any information whatsoever even though they had been married over 30 yrs! They stated they could not give her any information since her name was not on the account. Texas is a community property state so what they did was uncalled for! This is the worst bank ever and there is a reason they are called the FU bank! They try to screw people over every chance they get. The staff is very rude and unhelpful! There is NO way I would ever trust these people with my money!

This is the most unfriendly and unfair bank I will never ever put another penny in to a bank who is so unfair towards a person who has lost a loved one you start out banking with home town people then they bring strangers in who are rude and treat you like garage doesn't even give you a chance to pay off your loved ones truck or even tell you what pay out is they are cold hearted VULTURES

People are rude to me they looked at me like I was trash..They did not cash my 40.00 check my aunt gave me. It was a TH Bank check. Never going there again. And I'm disabled person.

Horrible horrible horrible....ive been in line for 20 mins no joke and I'm in the drive thru line. And only 3 people are here with me and they r all in different lines and NO ONE IS MOVING...this is seriously a failure on the staff part they obviously have no sense of urgency or just don't care jus they are paid hourl. This is ridiculous!!!

Everybody here at this bank is awesome. I am usually very reluctant to take the time out to make a review..but after dealing with this branch I need to start doing it more often. Leadership starts from the top and the branch manager Melissa Milbocker rocks and everyone that works for her seems to have the same personal, family feeling attitude that makes me as a customer feel like I am thier number one customer. It has guranteed that they are my number one bank. Thank you First United team for making every trip to your bank hassle free and enjoyable. Justin Edwards
