Were told we were approved n 2014 for $125,000 New Build. Its Sept. 2015& ??credit pulls later & income is NOW A FACTOR NOT HIGH ENOUGH!!? SOUNDS Like a waste of @the least a year. PLus we r sick from Mold & other rentors alements. Wish I had listened ELSEWHERE instead of Trusting & We were told USDA Loans R income based. What is going on here? What is the truth? U have 2 B ABLE 2 trust Ur mortgage Company. He will not explain his figures He just says they dont make enough income. Counted only wifes income, Never counted the husbands & then after 2 weeks later cant explain it properly just stated not enough after doing some figure on a add machine never explainedwhat he was adding or subtracting?? How can 31,000 Not even pay the 20,000 spot we r on. Nope He just held US down & is now laughing @Us. What a waste of time, money, gas, & breath! Why cant people just say Sry we cant help You, HIGH POWER may whip our ASS! FESS IT, B DONE WITH IT, GET OVER IT! THERE R WAY WAY MORE OPTIONS. DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE LIKE WE DID
