Overall Feedback:

The branch in Perry has the slowest drive up service I have ever experienced and has for several years. It wasn't like this when it was the Bank of Perry. Whoever established the procedures the tellers have to follow should go with me to one of my other banks in Topeka to see why drive up banking is offered. I can actually walk into the lobby and do my banking faster than through the drive up even though there is usually no line - maybe that's why there isn't usually a line.
