About - First National Bank of Northern California

I cannot express enough my detestment for this bank, if I could cancel my account there I would but unfortunately I cannot due to circumstances beyond my control. The managers (past and present) are rude, condescending, and judgemental. They try in every way to avoid doing there job and frankly I feel bad for the tellers that have to work under them (the tellers are always very nice and try to be as helpful as they possibly can). Also dont bother calling if you want to dispute a fraudulent overcharge on your card because they're basically going to tell you that your on your own ("does that make sense?" )
